BOOKING CONDITIONS

Term details and calendar: Summer Camp runs in Rua Red from 10am to 2pm, daily, from Monday 4th July to Friday 8th July 2022.

Please provide a small snack/lunch and drink for your child. We will take a 10 minute snack break around 11am and a 20 minute lunch break around 12.30pm. As we have access to an open air courtyard for lunch time, please also apply sun screen to them to prevent sun burn.

Deposit: A deposit of €50 will secure a place in Summer Camp, but the balance must be paid by Friday 17th of June, or the deposit will be forfeit and the place offered to the next child on the waiting list.

Cancellation Policy: Payment is regarded as acceptance of booking conditions. Payment is required at time of booking. A full refund will be issued if you choose not to take the place, up to, but not including, one week before the start of term. Please advise of this via email doodleboxstudio@gmail.com Any participant whose conduct is deemed by the class teachers to be detrimental to the best interest of the programme will be suspended or expelled from the class, no refund will be made.

The programme will operate to the highest safety standards; we shall not be responsible for any illness, death or accident unless occasioned by the proven negligence on the part of the class teacher. 'Doodle Box' accepts no liability for items lost, stolen or damaged on the premises. Photographs may be taken for promotional reasons. Places are offered on a first come, first served basis. Permission is deemed granted to seek medical assistance in the event of an accident. All participants must be 5 years or older and have completed Junior Infants in a mainstream primary school. 'Doodle Box' shall not be responsible for any children left unsupervised in the location of classes 15 minutes after class ends. Doodle Box is GDPR compliant.
